We don’t post pricing because every engagement is scoped to the specific problem. We’ll quote a fixed price for the build and a separate monthly maintenance number, both in the proposal after the discovery call. The proposal is free and you’re under zero obligation.
Q4Are you the one doing the work, or is this an agency?+
PhosOps is built around one operator handling the system end-to-end. Bespoke means somebody actually owns your engagement — not a project manager passing it down a chain. There’s a hard ceiling on how many systems we build at once, which is why we work with a small number of clients at a time.
Q5What if I want to take the system in-house?+
Easy. The code is yours. The data is in your tools (Drive, your CRM, your Sheets). The documentation we hand off is real. We don’t build hostage systems.
Q6What stack do you use?+
Depends on the system. Most of what we build runs on Node.js + Postgres + the AI model that fits the job (Claude for reasoning-heavy work, fast smaller models for classification). Stack-pragmatic, not stack-religious.
