Under our standard engagement, you own the custom code and data we produce for you and may take the system in-house. Specific ownership and license terms are set in your agreement.
The website is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Figures and examples shown — including case results — are illustrative and specific to the client and circumstances described.
To the extent permitted by law, PhosOps is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability for paid engagements is set in the relevant agreement.
Information you share with us about your operation is treated as confidential and used only to evaluate and perform potential work.
